How NovaSummit collects your consent and how we communicate with you. Every channel below is permission-based: you choose what you receive, and you can opt out at any time.
SMS Terms
Our SMS program consists of a single use case: SMS marketing campaigns from NovaSummit — promotional offers, product notifications, purchase reminders and abandoned cart reminders.
Enrollment is optional and never a condition of any purchase or of submitting a form. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Every message includes clear opt-out instructions.
Email Terms
If you opt in to email, you may receive promotional and informational messages about our AI and digital marketing services.
In line with CAN-SPAM, every email identifies NovaSummit as the sender, states its commercial nature where applicable and includes a working unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.
Phone Calls
We may call the number you provide only to respond to your request or to continue a conversation you started with us.
We do not place automated or pre-recorded marketing calls without prior express written consent. You can ask us to stop calling at any time and we will record that preference.
WhatsApp Communications
Where you initiate contact through WhatsApp or explicitly opt in, we may reply through the same channel for support and service-related conversations.
WhatsApp messages follow the same rules as SMS: opt-in based, easy opt-out on request, and no sharing of your number with third parties for their own marketing.
Consent
All consent is collected through clear, affirmative action — unchecked checkboxes that you choose to check — and we store the date, time and content of the disclosure you agreed to.
Consent is granular: SMS, email and other channels are separate choices, and declining any of them does not restrict your access to our website, products or services. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Privacy
We process personal data under LGPD principles: lawful basis, purpose limitation, data minimization and your rights of access, correction and deletion.
Your phone number, email and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
