SMS Terms & Conditions

NovaSummit operates a single SMS marketing campaigns program for a Brazilian technology business. Messages consist of promotional offers, product notifications, purchase reminders and abandoned cart reminders, and are sent only to customers who have explicitly opted in through the clear consent checkbox on our website form. Every message includes clear unsubscribe instructions via the keyword STOP.

Enrollment in the SMS program is entirely optional. The SMS consent checkbox on our website form is unchecked by default and you may submit the form and use any of our products or services without checking it. By providing your phone number and voluntarily checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from NovaSummit at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of submitting the form.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. The frequency of messages may increase during promotional periods or special events.

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. NovaSummit is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us;
• Contacting us at contato@novasummit.com.br.

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Our SMS program is compatible with most major carriers. However, we cannot guarantee message delivery on all carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
